Our personal training program provides a targeted approach to tackle one goal at a time and excel even faster! Hour long sessions are available for $75/hour so communicate with your coach if you are interested in a session here and there and lets crush those goals!

In addition to our daily CrossFit Programming (GPP), we also provide daily strength programming to utilize. A huge foundation to our fitness is strength, so this added programming for those that have the time will not only get you stronger faster but sharpen up your Olympic lifting skills and have you more and more consistent with your lifts!
Nutrition is what builds the foundation to our overall health and performance. You can come join CrossFit McKinney and do all the WOD’s you want, but unless you have a good nutrition plan to go along with your workouts, it will undoubtedly limit the way you feel and perform.
