Nutrition is what builds the foundation to our overall health and performance. You can come join CrossFit McKinney and do all the WOD’s you want, but unless you have a good nutrition plan to go along with your workouts, it will undoubtedly limit the way you feel and perform.

Eat only meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar and this will get you on the right path to success.

The Zone Diet is just that, it zones in on the same general rules as the Paleo Diet but with more precise ratios of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and at what amount each person should consume.
