CrossFit McKinney
Mark your calendars for Memorial Day, Monday May 26th! We will come together as a community and complete Murph, one of the most iconic CrossFit workouts, then all hang out with a post Murph party after! Details and heat times to come. If you’re not familiar, Murph is named after US Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who gave his life in battle for his brothers in arms and for his Country.
The hero WOD is completed in boxes across the nation and even world every Memorial Day.
*DO NOT let the workout intimidate you. Just like any workout, Murph can be scaled to any fitness level. Some will complete half the workout, use bands for the pull-ups or do ring rows, do elevated push-ups, etc. Just come and we will help you figure out the best option for you!
